We have carried out, within recent years, studies, designs and design reviews, technical specifications, and compliance checks during construction supervision, contract administration and management of bituminous single and dual carriageway, earth and gravel roads in climatic and geographical conditions varying from mountainous to good or highly erodible soil conditions. The work has been carried out by Howard Consulting Ltd as a single entity, as well as in association with other local and international consultancy companies.
Howard Consulting Limited has been pursuing roads projects in the East African region including Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Sudan, Ethiopia and Rwanda.
